Poster Projects
Poster projects offer a meaningful and accessible way for nurse anesthetists to publish their expertise and contribute to the international scholarly community. Poster presentations support the core principles of scholarship and encourage knowledge sharing, dialogue, and collaboration across countries.
Nurse anesthetists are invited to submit abstracts and present their scholarly work at the World Congress for Nurse Anesthetists (WCNA). Poster abstracts are submitted through the official World Congress website during the abstract submission period.
Following each World Congress, all accepted poster presentations are compiled and published on this site as a PDF poster book, ensuring continued access and global dissemination of the work.
The characteristics of scholarship are widely recognized as follows (Boyer, 1990; Glassick, 2000):
The work is made public
The work is available for peer review and critique according to accepted standards
The work is reproducible and can be built upon by other scholars
